muscles and tendons, which during normal training are exercised for far too little time, are
activated reflexively.
Training intervals of 60 seconds per exercise is enough to effectively train all areas of the body.
Even if you are used to exercising using thePower Plate® our fitness trainer, Melania Fink, is always around to check that you have the
right technique. As a supplement to plate training she suggests jogging or Nordic Walking.
