The personal trainer will accompany you during your training units to control each of your moves and correct them if necessary. You will thus reach your targets fast and efficiently. Our trainer Melania Fink will create a training schedule especially adapted to your needs and problems for the duration of your stay and will also advise you on further training at home and every day. Joint sporting activities such as Nordic walking, Power Plate, and so on can be part of the unit, too.
