Stretch and Relax

Muscle shortening ant tensions are not only a problem
of the elderly but also are often caused by the wrong
posture and stress today. Stretching also includes
loosening up muscles which is good for your whole
body. The unit specifically focuses on muscles which
tend to shortening.

Yoga

Promotes the strengthening and mobility of the entire
locomotor system. Improves your posture and also
aims to build up and strengthen all back muscles.
Keeps connective tissue firm. Strengthens your mental
state and can counteract consequences of stress.
Normalises your blood pressure. Yoga also removes
tensions and blockades, counteracts tenseness, facilitates
stress reduction and helps in case of disturbed
sleep. Improves the entire body awareness. Breathing
exercises and relaxation techniques improve your concentration
and lead to balance as well as inner calm.
