The Schroth cure is a comprehensive naturopathic treatment with alternating days of drinking plenty and drinking little to detoxify the body thoroughly. You will feel much better, prevent illness and strengthen your immune system. The cures main goal is to detoxify your body, with self-healing powers being promoted. A positive side effect might be significant weight reduction. The Schroth cure is thus also recommended in case of obesity and moreover for purification and for activating your metabolism.
