Fitness Centre

An area of 200m² for endurance and weight training

It doesn't mean that when you are on holiday you have to miss out on your regular fitness training, there is really no need to worry! In our excellently equipped Fitness Centre at the Rosenalp you will find all the equipment needed for endurance and weight training. In our spacious Fitness Centre you can enjoy the views to our gardens whilst training on our high- tech modern Technogym equipment. You can work out and test your stamina on treadmills, cross trainers, steppers and spinning bikes. We have weights and machines to strengthen and tone muscles.

In addition to this professional circuit training we have the equipment from Dr. Wolff. This system is especially effective for back training therapies and is designed to be gentle on the back and perfect for building and strengthening stomach and back muscles. A Power Plate is also available at our Fitness Centre in the Rosenalp in Oberstaufen. You can arrange appointments at our reception.

Our tip:
Every Monday our sport trainer at Hotel Rosenalp gives a short technical briefing about the use of the various equipment. The exact time is stated in our active and fitness programme. This is ideal for beginners in order for you to use the apparatus correctly and to train efficiently.
