Midday we serve a 3-course set meal- also vegetarian. Evenings is a tasty set meal with 2- light courses, with a salad and starter buffet.
The light cuisine being served at the Rosenalp is based on a wholefood diet with the best ingredients: we use healthy oils such as pure olive oil, linseed oil and argan oil, containing a large content of essential fatty acids. Fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables are full of important vitamins. Meat from the local butcher, regional fish, pulses and tofu are valuable sources of protein and healthy carbohydrates, found in wholemeal rice and potatoes, round off the menu.
