You will be surprised what 1,500 calories can mean, prepared skillfully and cooked gently by our chefs: enjoy the whole wealth of healthy delicious food. You will be served refined vegetables in all variations. Meat from the local butcher, local fish, pulses, tofu and nuts serve as valuable sources of protein. Healthy carbohydrates from e.g. potatoes and whole meal rice are also available. Olive oil, linseed oil and argan oil provide valuable essential fatty acids.

At our breakfast buffet in the morning, we cater for every breakfast type, whether you feel like "healthy", "savoury" or "sweet". A large selection of fruit, cereals and grains, in winter porridge, natural yoghurt, fresh Allgäu milk and plant-based milk, maple syrup and honey, Allgäu cheeses and sausage specialities, egg dishes, plus crispy rolls and a selection of bread from the baker - let the day begin!
In the evening, sit back and enjoy our refined light cuisine with a 5-course evening menu - one of which is from the extensive salad buffet. You have the choice between meat or fish, vegetarian and vegan.
If you choose full board, we will in addition serve you a 3-course menu from our creative light cuisine at lunchtime - also vegetarian or vegan on request.
How about a light wine with a light dinner? We would be happy to recommend the right fine wines from our well-stocked wine cellar. Of course, there are also heavy, full-bodied wines to choose from. We are happy to serve you fresh Allgäu table water or Allgäu mineral water.
