Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of room reservations is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations closer to the arrival date or in case of no-show, 80% of the confirmed room rate will be charged. The same calculation basis applies to early departure. If the room can be re-rented, no costs will be incurred, of course. Feel free to inquire about travel cancellation and interruption insurance when making your room reservation.
